Find the leaks. Get the plan.
A 90-minute call plus a written plan covering your website, ads, and email setup. The output is a prioritized fix list ranked by impact — yours to keep, even if you never work with me again.
The Roadmap
Buy it now and you'll get an email within 60 seconds with the access checklist + Calendly link to book your 90-min call.
Design + Google search read
Site review covering design, copy, voice consistency, technical SEO foundations, page speed, and conversion path. What's leaking and where.
Google + Meta account review
Campaign structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, ad creative review, return-on-ad-spend benchmarked against your industry.
Welcome flow + last 60 days
Email automation review, performance benchmarked against 2026 industry numbers, list segmentation, and last 60 days of campaigns.
Ranked-by-impact opportunity list
Every gap I find ranked by effort vs. impact. You get a prioritized list, not a wish list. Highest-leverage items first.
Voice consistency review
Same methodology I used to clear 19 voice violations to zero on Ceremony in a week. Every off-brand line, flagged and rewritten.
30+ page written plan
Yours to keep. Take it to anyone. Most clients use it as their plan for the next 90 days — whether they hire me to execute or do it themselves.
Best fit if
- You're doing $5k–$50k/month and feel something's off
- You run a website + email + ads on Google or Meta
- You want a written plan to act on, not a sales pitch
- You're a founder or small team — can give same-day account access
- You're considering whether to hire me, an agency, or stay solo
Not a fit if
- You're under $5k/month — the plan would over-prescribe
- You're enterprise (~$1M+/month) — you need a different scope
- You want a free review — this isn't sales theater
- You can't grant access to your website, email, or ad accounts
- You're shopping for a yes-vendor — the plan will be honest
Buy + intake
Click buy. Within 60 seconds, you get the intake email: Calendly link + a quick access checklist for your website, email, and ad accounts.
Pre-call review
I dig through everything before our call. By the time we talk, I already know where the leaks are — we use the call to validate.
The 90-min call
Live walkthrough. I share screen and show you what I found. You ask questions. We agree on priorities.
Written plan
30+ pages delivered. Prioritized fix list, effort vs. impact, exact next moves. Yours to keep regardless of next step.
The same lens that reviews your store also runs ads that turned $8,658 into $56,357.
Same operator. Same methodology. The Roadmap gives you the lens. Read the full Da Life case →
What access do you need?
Your website (Shopify staff or admin access if Shopify), email platform (Klaviyo Manager role or equivalent), Google Ads (via my MCC if running), Meta Business Manager partner access, Google Analytics viewer, Search Console restricted user. After purchase you'll get a one-page checklist with click-to-copy invites for each one. Without these, I'm reviewing what you describe instead of what's actually happening — which is the failure mode that makes reviews useless.
Is this credited toward The Setup?
No. The Roadmap is paid work with a tangible deliverable (the written plan). It's priced fairly on its own, not as a sales tool. If you decide to move forward with The Setup after the Roadmap, you skip the discovery call — that's the actual benefit, not a credit.
What if I just want one channel reviewed (e.g. email only)?
Get The Roadmap anyway. The full review is the same fixed price ($497). If your real bottleneck is in email, the plan will land there. But almost every "email only" request reveals upstream issues in the website or ad account that need addressing first — you'd miss those with a narrower scope.
Do I need to be on Shopify?
Shopify is ideal for the website review. The ads and email reviews work on any platform. If you're on Squarespace, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or another stack, email me first to scope — we can usually work something out at the same price.
Refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel before the Day 0 intake email goes out (within 24 hours of purchase). After that, no refund — the work has already started. The deliverable is fixed-scope and fixed-price; if you're not happy with the plan, the right place to discuss is the call, not after delivery.
How fast can I get on the calendar?
Usually within 5–7 business days. If you're in a hurry, mention it on the intake form and I'll prioritize. Calendly fills up so the sooner you book, the sooner the plan ships.
Find the leaks.
Within five business days you'll have a clearer picture of your website, your ads, and your funnel than you do right now.
