Marketing without the jargon.
Spas, salons, restaurants, real estate, tour operators, gyms, fitness studios. If you run a business where customers book online, walk in the door, or call to make appointments - this is for you.
Three things, done well.
I help service businesses get found on Google, look professional online, and convert more visitors into bookings. No buzzwords. No 12-person agency telling you they will "synergize your funnel." Just one operator with 14 years of experience, working directly on your website, ads, and email.
Website that converts
A clean, fast website that shows up on Google and makes it easy for customers to book or call. Built around your business, not a template.
Ads that bring leads
Google Ads (the ones at the top of search results) that show up when locals are looking for your service. Tracked properly so you know exactly what is working.
Email that fills the calendar
Welcome emails, monthly newsletters, and reminders that keep your existing customers coming back. Most businesses leave 30%+ of revenue on the table here.
Real numbers from a Hawaii tour operator.
Da Life Outdoors -- adventure tours on Kaua'i.
Two Google Ads campaigns. $32 per day in ad spend. Over 6.5 months: 160 bookings, $54 cost per booking, against a $352 average booking value. Same playbook works for spas, salons, restaurants, and other service businesses. Read the full case.
Three doors. Pick the one that fits.
The Roadmap -- $497
A 90-minute call plus a written plan. I look at your website, your ads, and your email, then send you a prioritized fix list ranked by impact. Yours to keep, even if you do not move forward.
The Setup -- $3,500
30-day full rebuild. Custom website, ads launched on Google or Meta, email welcome sequence written and live, and one social channel automated. One operator, one timeline, one invoice.
The Retainer -- $1,500/mo
Ongoing operator. Monthly ad management, content on one channel, one email campaign per month, and a quarterly deep review. Capped at three brands.
If something is not clear, that is on me.
Most marketing agencies use words like "DTC", "ROAS", "SEM", "CRO", "CAC", "LTV". Those are real terms with real meaning, but they are also a way to make you feel like you should not ask questions.
Working with me, you will hear: website, ads, email, search, conversions, return on ad spend, customer lifetime value. If a technical term shows up in a report, I explain it. If you ask a question, I answer it without making you feel like you should already know.
The goal is for you to leave each call understanding exactly what is happening with your marketing and why -- not to make you depend on me to translate it.
Built on Kaua'i.
I live on Kaua'i and work with businesses across Hawaii and the mainland. If you are local, I can do strategy calls in person on the island. If you are remote, the time zone (HST) actually works in your favor - I get a head start on the day before your East Coast competitors are out of bed.
My closest brand partners are here on Kaua'i (Da Life Outdoors, Ceremony, Kauai Beach Boys). I work with mainland and international brands on island time, with weekly written reports so you always know what is happening.
I am on Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress -- do I need to switch to Shopify?
No. Most service businesses do not need Shopify (it is built for physical product sales). If your current website loads fast, takes bookings, and looks decent on mobile, that is the foundation. We work with whatever platform makes sense for your business.
What if I just want Google Ads, not the whole package?
Get The Roadmap first ($497). After we look at your full setup, we will know if "Google Ads only" is the right scope or if there is something upstream (website, conversion tracking, follow-up email) that needs fixing first. Most "Google Ads only" requests reveal upstream issues that would tank the ad results anyway.
Why is The Local Retainer $750/mo when The Retainer is $1,500?
The Local Retainer covers one paid ad channel and one email campaign per month -- right-sized for service businesses where one channel done well drives most of the revenue. The Retainer covers multiple channels and a full content engine -- right for online stores with broader needs. If you outgrow Local, upgrade.
I am a small spa or salon doing $5k-$10k per month. Is this right for me?
Maybe. The Roadmap ($497, one-time) is honest at this revenue level -- you get a written plan and a clearer picture. The Setup ($3,500) might over-prescribe -- we would talk about what is realistic on a discovery call before committing. The Local Retainer typically makes sense above $10k/mo.
How long until I see results?
Google Ads: 2-4 weeks for the algorithm to learn, then steady booking lift. Email campaigns: visible within a few sends (1-2 months). Website improvements: search rankings move over 3-6 months. Honest framing -- marketing is compounding work, not instant results.
Do you work with businesses outside Hawaii?
Yes. The Hawaii positioning is about who I am, not who I work with. Local clients (Da Life Outdoors, Ceremony, Kauai Beach Boys) shaped the methodology, but the playbook travels.
Start with the Roadmap.
The fastest way to figure out if working together makes sense: get The Roadmap ($497, one-time). I will look at your website, your ads, and your email, then send you a written plan. If you decide to move forward with The Setup or The Retainer within 30 days, the $497 is credited.
